We all are unique and different and require different dietary plans to meet our goals.  Template based approaches have one huge issue - They are not designed for you.


Together we will create a plan tailored to fit your lifestyle to help you achieve success. After completing an in-depth intake form (I want to learn as much about you as possible) I will create a plan that is specific to your history, lifestyle and current goals. We will have check-ins every 10 to 12 days to ensure that you are staying on track and on your path to achieving your goals.


We take a macro based approach meaning: You will keep track of your food on a daily basis using MyFitnesspal. By collecting and recording an assortment of data, I will be able to see if you are over/under eating in any areas and then make the necessary adjustments.  


You will be recording daily feedback regarding your energy levels, sleep quality, hunger levels, gym performance, recovery and soreness, etc. We will also monitor your digestion, as well as your hormone and menstrual health.  


Whether you are a meat eater, vegan, working with dietary restrictions, dietary preferences, food intolerances, sensitivities as well as specific food requirements (autoimmune diet protocols, gluten-free, dairy-free) we can construct a regime that works for you.

My approach is not about creating lists of restrictions or good/bad foods. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy lifestyle that is flexible and workable for them.


As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
